What happens
A hidden cabal and a serial killer throw the Midgar capital into a contest between competing ideas of secret power. Cid adopts the name Jack the Ripper and turns the investigation into another stage for Shadow, while Shadow Garden works to expose the people behind the kingdom's corruption.
